Yesterday evening (26th July) saw the launch of the GCAS Surf Life Saving program. Surf Life Saving Queensland are providing coaches for the practical sessions while GCAS are presenting the Educational programs which are the ‘value added’ areas of athlete development. The GCAS Cricket program has begun ! The program is being run from the Dolphins Cricket Club in Robina.The players will enjoy 10 weeks of skills sessions and educational presentations on topics including nutrition, mental toughness and body maintenance.
